Payments: Conference Attendees: All registrations made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional. Early Ptarmigan Rate: to qualify for any “Early Ptarmigan” rates or discounts, completed registration must be received on or before 15 December at 11:59 p.m. AKST and payment must be received by the first Federal bank operating day of January. If payment is not received by that date, rates will automatically be adjusted to the standard rate applicable to any membership classification and services purchased. Membership: Membership is required to attend the conference. If you are not currently a member, you will be billed for the membership type that you request and AKSNA will submit a membership registration on your behalf.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend, you must notify AKSNA in writing by emailing conference@aksna.org by 20 December 2024 at 11:59 p.m. AKST and AKSNA will refund your registration fee less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after the cancellation date or for no shows. Refunds for Duplicate Registration: The above cancellation and refund policy shall apply to duplicate registrations (multiple registrations for the same person). It is the attendee’s responsibility to notify AKSNA in writing, by email to conference@aksna.org of a duplicate registration.
