The 2025 Food & Vendor Expo will be held on 23 January 2025, the third and final day of our 57th Annual Conference. The Expo will be held at the Egan Civic & Convention Center at 555 W. 5th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501.

Registration is now open. Once you have completed registration, your registration information will be transmitted to us for further processing. You will receive an invoice within five business days. You may pay the invoice by major credit card, ACH, or by mailing a check to us.

Completion of the application indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Please see above link for floor plan. Exhibit booths include: a table that is approximately 10” deep, garbage can and one 500-watt receptacle. If you have additional electrical needs they need to be coordinated with and paid directly to: Alaska Event Services. Pipe and drape is not planned for this event. Shared Booth option will only be displayed if represented by a broker.

Advertisement specifications:
Full-page: 7.5 x 10 in.
Half-page: 7.5 x 4.75 in.
Quarter-page: 3.5 x 4.75 in.

Advertisements that are not at the exact aspect ratio will be scaled at a 1:1 aspect ratio to avoid distortion. AKSNA may add background or border colors to fill any gaps in the most aesthetically pleasing manner at the editor’s discretion.

We recommend at least 300 ppi for best quality.
Advertisements should be sent in one of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, or JPG. If submitting an Adobe Illustrator format, be sure that all fonts and graphics are embedded.

Payment Policy *

I agree to the below terms and conditions

A deposit of 50% of booth and advertising fees is due immediately (you will receive an invoice within five business days). The remaining balance, including sponsorships, is due 9 January 2025.

Refund Policy *

I agree to the below terms and conditions

If you are unable to attend, you must notify AKSNA in writing by emailing expo@aksna.org by 31 December 2024 at 11:59 p.m. AKST and AKSNA will refund your registration fee less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after 31 December 2024 or for no shows.

Advertising Policy *

To ensure your advertisement is included in our program, it must be received in the method and by the deadline specified in the application. If you do not submit an advertisement in a timely manner, You will forfeit your advertisement space and any deposit paid. If you receive an advertisement as a result of sponsorship, no portion of the sponsorship donation will be returned.

Insurance and Indemnification *

The exhibitioner shall provide a certificate of insurance prior to setting up in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 per incident and $2,000,000 aggregate that names “Alaska School Nutrition Association” as an additional insured on the policy. The exhibitioner agrees to indemnify Alaska School Nutrition Association for any liability relating to the Food and Vendor Expo. No refund shall be issued for exhibitioners barred from setup as a result of failure to provide sufficient insurance.

Non-Solicitation (outside of the Expo and sanctioned events) *

Attendees and exhibitioners agree not to solicit in during scheduled conference events or at conference venues, except while at the Food and Vendor Expo and at the purveyor’s designated booth space. Purveyors who have purchased tickets at the exhibition rate are may solicit during the Cocktail Social. Events hosted outside of the the AKSNA conference may not advertise as being affiliated with or endorsed by AKSNA. AKSNA reserves the right to remove or have removed any person(s) that solicits during these times.

Force Majeure *

I agree to the below terms and conditions

AKSNA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, pandemics, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of AKSNA or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, AKSNA may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of AKSNA. In the event the conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, AKSNA shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. AKSNA will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
