To nominate someone for the Arctic School Food Service Innovation Competition Award, complete the below form. Nominations are due by 11 January 2025 (deadline extended).

You may nominate someone who is actively employed as a school nutrition professional in Alaska. The nominee need not be an AKSNA member, but AKSNA members who are in good standing on the day of the vote will receive a scoring preference.
