AKSNA’s 56th Annual Conference will be held in Anchorage, Alaska 23 – 25 January 2024 with pre-conference sessions on the 22nd. The final day of the conference is the Food and Vendor Expo where members will have the opportunity to meet vendors and learn about new and popular foods and products in school nutrition.
Conference Venue
The Annual Conference will be held in Anchorage, Alaska at the BP Energy Center in midtown Anchorage. The Food and Vendor Expo will be held at the William A. Egan Civic and Convention Center in downtown Anchorage. A hotel block has been reserved at the Residence Inn Midtown Anchorage.

Keynote Speaker
This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Katie Wilson, SNS, and Executive Director of the Urban School Food Alliance. Dr. Wilson will present, Successfully Managing the Complexities of School Nutrition Programs, Don’t Worry Just Jump, Chart Your Course, and Hats Off to You and All of the Nutrition Nonsense.
